What's the Deal?" was created out of a simple, yet powerful idea: finding the best happy hour deals in Edmonton without the hassle. After long shifts in the restaurant industry, Kate—our founder—was ready for a good meal and a cold drink without breaking the bank. Tired of digging through websites and making endless calls to track down deals, she imagined a mobile app that could show all the top specials, happy hours, and drink offers around her, based on her location. When nothing like it existed, she decided to build it herself. With the help of her brother, Leo, they brought the vision to life, and that's how "What's the Deal?" was born.
