Inspired Vietnamese Cuisine XO Bistro + Bar opened its first location in 2017 in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Driven by the idea to leave a mark, we introduced a diverse menu founded on the authentic flavors of Vietnam, while modernizing the concept of a local hangout and bustling lounge much like those found on the busy streets of Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, and Da Nang cities. In 2021, we welcomed a second venue in South Edmonton that upholds the same traditions of great food and great service in a cozy and lively atmosphere.
